The “Guide for the Perplexed: was a masterpiece of Jewish literature by the Great Maimonides. People would suggest titles for monographs, and I realized how appropriate the title of this ancient work was. I borrowed the title from Maimonides to describe what I was doing. The subjects of the monographs are often arcane, and quite perplexing to readers.
